Demolition 

Your $20k bathroom package includes the demolition of your current bathroom

Electrical supply and install two downlights

Your bathroom package comes with an allowance for the installation of two downlights. 

Supply and install water-resistant sheeting

Neche will supply and install new waterproof sheeting in your bathroom. 

Carpentry includes fitting off of selected products 

The bathroom package includes the fit-off of all selected products.

Plumbing in all existing locations 

Your bathroom package includes connecting the plumbing in existing locations if plumbing needs to be relocated additional fees will apply. 

Waterproofing is to be applied to Australian standard 3740

Your bathroom will be waterproofed according to the latest Australian standards 

Tiling supply and lay tiles 

Neche will supply your tiles from our SOHO range with installation included in your package. 

Supply and apply grout and silicon to all wall and floor areas as agreed 

As agreed upon before work commencement Neche will apply grout and silicon to all wall and floor areas. 

Bathroom accessories fit off

The bathroom package includes a fit-off of all selected accessories. 

Shower screen installation

Neche will supply and install your brand-new frameless shower screen 

Carpentry / cabinetry

Neche will install all necessary cabinetry
